Delete it from the app.

Mahj IRL does not ask for a name, email address, or password. Beta access can still create an anonymous technical account so protected card access can be secured.

Delete an anonymous beta account

  1. Open Mahj IRL.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Choose “Delete beta account and data.”
  4. Read the confirmation and choose Delete.

The app sends an authenticated deletion request before removing its local session. This deletes the anonymous authentication user, server entitlements, redemption-attempt records, and local Mahj IRL app data.

What remains

A used beta code remains marked as spent so it cannot be redeemed again. Its connection to the deleted user is removed. Apple's App Store purchase records are controlled by Apple and are not deleted by Mahj IRL; eligible purchases can be restored later with the same App Store account.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@mahj-irl.com with the subject “Delete Mahj IRL data.” Because an anonymous account has no name or email attached, we may need device-side information to locate the correct record without exposing someone else's data.

Local game information

To clear local gameplay information without deleting beta access, use Reset demo data in Settings. You can review the full Privacy Policy for details.
