How do I restore a card I bought?
Open Mahj IRL, go to Settings, and choose Restore card purchases. Use the same App Store account that made the original purchase.

No. A Mahj IRL card trial does not renew and does not automatically become a paid purchase. When the trial ends, you choose whether to buy the card.
Why can’t I open a shared card?
Install or update Mahj IRL, then tap the link again. The link identifies the card, but it does not transfer the sender’s access. If you do not own the card, Mahj IRL will show the available preview or purchase option.
Can I get an App Store refund?
Apple handles App Store billing and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the App Store account that made the purchase.
How do I clear my game information?
Open Settings in Mahj IRL and choose Reset demo data. You can also remove the app to delete its local information. App Store purchase records remain with Apple and can be restored.
How do I delete beta access and server data?
Open Settings in Mahj IRL and choose Delete beta account and data. This permanently removes the anonymous beta account, server entitlements, and related beta records. App Store purchase records remain with Apple.
